Our organization is committed to embracing diversity and treating everyone with dignity and respect, and to support an inclusive culture. Continuing Care Retirement Community
A new age of care.
Located in Charlotte, NC, this is not the "institutional" care that an older member of your family may have received. It is a new age driven by your individual wants and needs – resident focused independent living. Aldersgate offers a significantly enhanced lifestyle with concierge amenities, fulfilling social experiences and cultural opportunities designed to ensure retirement is fulfilling and rewarding.
Residents pay a one-time entrance fee and an ongoing monthly service fee just prior to moving in. These fees vary based on style and size of the residence chosen and whether it is occupied as a single person or a couple.
Residents move to Aldersgate and enjoy the freedom and peace of mind provided by not having to worry about home maintenance and/or burdening loved ones with potential future long-term care needs.
What are the CCRC fees?

Aldersgate handles the remarketing of the residence and returns the refundable portion of the entrance fee to the resident or the estate.
You pay a reduced entrance fee that is amortized over 50 months. Should you live in the community fewer than 50 months, a return of a portion of the entrance fee could be due after termination of the agreement.
50% of the entrance fee is returned to the resident or the estate after termination of the agreement. Should you live in the community fewer than 50 months, a return greater than 50% would be due after termination of the agreement.
