Assist, participate, train, and oversee all in-house moves and setups to include use, maintenance, and operation of mechanical housekeeping equipment. Clean and maintain all carpets and flooring throughout campus. Assist and participate in all in-house moves and setups. Train and instruct new employees on housekeeping mechanical equipment; monitor work performance and provide guidance and instructions as required. Provide team support and back‑up for other floor techs and housekeepers as required. Maintain schedule for floor and carpet maintenance and refurbishment. Assist with ordering and inventory of housekeeping supplies. Arrange furniture setups for special events.

High school graduate or equivalent. One to three years housekeeping experience.
