Director of Housekeeping Services
Manages the operations of the housekeeping areas for Aldersgate to include cleaning and sanitation of resident accommodations, public areas and offices; manages the laundry/linen/dry-cleaning functions for the residents and the organization. Counsels and directs employees and interacts with residents, family members, guests and other departments. Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with all customers; preparation and compliance with budgets; training of staff; quality assurance processes; as well as appropriate local, state and federal regulations.

Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to areas of responsibility. Thorough understanding of the housekeeping functions. Working knowledge of personal computers with email, word processing, and spreadsheet skills. Associate degree in business preferred.
Eight to ten years housekeeping experience to include one to three years of management experience.
