Fulltime - PM
This position evaluates, direct and manages the function and structure of food production under the supervision of the Executive Chef. Maintains confidentiality of communications and information related to residents and staff. Evaluates the production, safe handling, timeliness, and quality of products prepared and distributed. Maintains a clean, sanitary work environment. Complies with all federal, state and local health and sanitation codes and departmental sanitation procedures.
6 months – 1 year experience preferred
Must be great team player able to take direction and
work independently as required.
