Administrative Assistant – Administration

 

Provides administrative support for the CNO, CDIO, Dir of Philanthropy,

Dir of Mission Advancement, CSO, all Senior Level Managers. Responsibilities to include handling messages and correspondence (with voice mail, e-mail, and regular postal mail), maintain computer files, develop statistical reports, schedule meeting arrangements, maintaining departmental manuals, setting up conference calls, maintaining time sheets, maintaining calendars, preparing reports and vouchers, and organization of meetings.
