    • Engagement and Inclusion Coordinator

      Engagement & Inclusion Coordinator: This position will provide administrative support for the Director of HR and the Chief Diversity Inclusion & Equity Officer; support engagement and retention initiatives that reinforce our cultural narrative of inclusion, growth, innovation, ownership, and collaboration; will be the content creator and day-to-day management of our employee engagement initiatives and communication digital panels to ensure employee awareness, understanding of programs and participation in events; conceive and manage the successful creation and execution of company-wide engagement events; improve the internal communication infrastructure across the organization to enhance the employee experience and drive business results; assist with the deployment of tools, engagement survey, and metrics for assessing employee feedback; oversee the awards & recognition programs;  

    • Executive Director

      Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our Aldersgate at Shamrock Campus, the flagship campus of Aldersgate Life Plan Services, including Asbury Health and Rehab, the Assisted Living facilities, Resident Clinic, and the Life Enrichment, Resident and Family Services, Pastoral Services, Facility Services and Culinary Departments.  Exercises management responsibility for high quality, cost effective services that are designed to meet the needs of residents, family members, staff, and the public. This is done directly or through delegation of responsibility to the management staff.
