    • Health Unit Coordinator - Skilled Nursing

      SUMMARY Under limited supervision, provides administrative support for assigned nursing unit at Asbury Health and Rehab    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. FAX/mails physician orders for signature. Maintains clinic schedules (podiatry, flu clinic, etc.) and related paperwork for unit. Upon direction from Medical Information Department, maintains updated visitation schedule for attending physicians and communicates information related to regulations governing physician visitation to physician’s offices. Schedules resident medical appointments, diagnostic testing, etc. Processes bar code charging of supplies daily, if needed and as necessary. Assembles and processes charts on new and discharged patients, replenishes chart materials, copies and files reports and any other patient-related data as directed.  Maintains chart order. Maintains policy and procedure, emergency, bloodborne pathogen and infection control manuals to ensure regulatory compliance. Fills out lab requisitions as needed.

      COOK Fulltime - PM This position evaluates, direct and manages the function and structure of food production under the supervision of the Executive Chef. Maintains confidentiality of communications and information related to residents and staff. Evaluates the production, safe handling, timeliness, and quality of products prepared and distributed. Maintains a clean, sanitary work environment. Complies with all federal, state and local health and sanitation codes and departmental sanitation procedures.

      SUMMARY Repairs and paints ceilings, walls, and window trim for cottages, apartments, and facility buildings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. Repairs sheetrock, plaster, nail holes, and damaged areas. Sands ceilings, walls, and window trim. Primes ceilings, walls, and window trim. Finish coats ceilings, walls, and window trim. Keeps shop and work areas clean and orderly. Adheres to policies and procedures regarding safety.

    • Chief Financial Officer

          Responsible for all areas of financial management of Aldersgate UMRC, Inc. Supervises, reviews and has final responsibility for the preparation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and supported by appropriately documented underlying accounting records. Responsible for compliance with all state, federal and contractual financial regulations as they relate to the full range of Aldersgate activity. Maintains an internal control environment that minimizes the potential for errors and regularities and maximizes the accuracy of Aldersgate financial reporting. Responsible for the financial analysis of results of operations and the p­reparation of operational forecasts and cash flow projections. Manages the cash and investments of Aldersgate in a manner that maximizes Aldersgate's return on its investments and complies with policies established by the Board of Directors.             Monitors compliance with the terms of Aldersgate's debt agreements. Responsible for the annual preparation of operating and capital budgets. Has final responsibility­ for Aldersgate's Material Management operations. Supervises the operations of the Finance Department.

    • Life Enrichment Assistant

      Plans, implements and evaluates therapeutic/restorative activities under the supervision of the Lead Life Enrichment Therapist and/or the Director or Health Care Services for residents in Asbury Care Center. Establishes 1:1 relationships with residents and their families.Ability to lead activities for groups of residents, and on a 1:1 basis.  Ability to handle agitated, confused dementia residents. Possesses interpersonal skills.  Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.  Maintains confidentiality. Implements structured activities program for various levels of residents.  Plans, conducts and assists with activities programs as directed. Participates in Resident Care Planning and provides supportive documentation in the absence of the Activity Therapist.  Communicates directly with Activity Therapists and supervisor regarding resident changes, concerns, observations, safety - factors and other related data. Adheres to policies and procedures regarding environmental/infection precautions and activities functions. Adheres to the defined policy for the Bill of Rights for Nursing Home Residents.

      7A—7P and 7P- 7A shifts available.  SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS.  High school diploma or GED required.
