      COOK Fulltime - PM This position evaluates, direct and manages the function and structure of food production under the supervision of the Executive Chef. Maintains confidentiality of communications and information related to residents and staff. Evaluates the production, safe handling, timeliness, and quality of products prepared and distributed. Maintains a clean, sanitary work environment. Complies with all federal, state and local health and sanitation codes and departmental sanitation procedures.

    • Director of Housekeeping Services

      Manages the operations of the housekeeping areas for Aldersgate to include cleaning and sanitation of resident accommodations, public areas and offices; manages the laundry/linen/dry-cleaning functions for the residents and the organization. Counsels and directs employees and interacts with residents, family members, guests and other departments. Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with all customers; preparation and compliance with budgets; training of staff; quality assurance processes; as well as appropriate local, state and federal regulations.     • Housekeeper

      Provides cleaning support for the facility.  Collects soiled linen/personal linen and distributes clean linen/personal linen.  Replenishes supplies as needed. Cleans and/or general cleans accommodations and/or public areas as assigned by supervisor

    • Maintenance Technician

      Under limited supervision, works across campus and troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment. Provides assistance with preventative maintenance program and specialty projects. May provide support to the painting department. Full Time with LOADED Benefits package!

      Repairs and paints ceilings, walls, and window trim for cottages, apartments, and facility buildings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Repairs sheetrock, plaster, nail holes, and damaged areas. 2. Sands ceilings, walls, and window trim. 3. Primes ceilings, walls, and window trim. 4. Finish coats ceilings, walls, and window trim. 5. Keeps shop and work areas clean and orderly. 6. Adheres to policies and procedures regarding safety.

      Full Time - LPN  3pm - 11pm  Responsible for providing direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Provides for routine care to include the following: diet, toilet, vital signs, cleanliness, grooming, turning and assisting activities, medications (oral and IM), treatments, weights, safety factors, suctioning and respiratory aids. Performs more complex tasks after adequate instruction and practice to include catheterizations (male and female), sterile dressings and treatments, venipuncture and colostomy irrigations. Assists the RN in observing and assessing the patient’s total condition, reports changes to the RN and if directed, to the physician.  Assists in the processing of physician’s orders. May participate in implementing patient care plan under the supervision of a registered nurse.  Documents appropriate patient related information on temporary problems and periodic assessments.  Performs other charting/record-keeping activities. May provide direction to the unlicensed personnel on health team regarding patient care assignments, housekeeping duties, etc

    • Director of Independent Living

      This new position will report to the Executive Director and will have oversight of various departments in order to ensure a satisfactory experience for all residents, family members, team members and all other stakeholders. The position will oversee and ensure smooth operations of the Independent Living Community to include Housekeeping, Facility Services, Wellness, Life Enrichment, Transportation, and Security.  The DoIL will work closely and in collaboration with the Director of Assisted Living and the Director of Health Services; The duties will include but are not limited to: resolve concerns with residents, family members and team members while maintaining the highest standards of customer service; will maintain and develop relationships with local agencies and organizations that focus on senior care; will work closely with the Executive Director and Finance team around budget preparation and monitoring to ensure projects are cost-effective and remain within budget; will participate in hiring duties as needed to ensure that staffing levels are adequate within various departments; will monitor to ensure that direct reports have effective training, adequate resources, and appropriate skill levels to successfully complete their job responsibilities; will implement cost saving measures as necessary.

      Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our Aldersgate at Shamrock Campus, the flagship campus of Aldersgate Life Plan Services, including Asbury Health and Rehab, the Assisted Living facilities, Resident Clinic, and the Life Enrichment, Resident and Family Services, Pastoral Services, Facility Services and Culinary Departments.  Exercises management responsibility for high quality, cost effective services that are designed to meet the needs of residents, family members, staff, and the public. This is done directly or through delegation of responsibility to the management staff.
