    • Move-in and Options Coordinator

      This position is responsible for assisting new residents with their options and selections of interior finishes for their new residence at Aldersgate UMRC.  This position acts as a liaison between the prospective resident and community representatives.  Upon resident move out, assess upgrades required to put residence back in available rotation for Sales Counselors to show to future prospective residents. Manage and track Aldersgate renovations against renovation budget. Meet with depositors to assess any additional upgrades requested and coordinate selections of finishes. Coordinate in person meetings with depositors to make customization selections and any on-going in person meetings to check in during the customization process. Proactively maintain contact with depositors to initiate and stay on track during customization process.  

    • Human Resources Admin Specialist

      Provides administrative support for the Human Resources Department.  Such duties include but are not limited to:  answering and screening calls; relaying messages; sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail; typing of correspondence, memos and reports; scheduling of meetings and maintaining departmental calendar. Assists with and processes all aspects of payroll and completes required reporting to the state.  Develops and creates statistical data and reports, generates departmental procedural manuals, and correspondence. This is done directly or through delegation of responsibility to the management staff.
