    • Culinary Utility Worker

      ~~Multiple Part Time Positions.  Various duties in food service areas. Smiles, Reliability and Dependability a must! 

    • Dietary Aide

      ~~This position ensures a quality dining experience for residents in a skilled care setting by providing excellent customer service while serving meals and assisting residents during mealtime(s), maintains a clean, sanitary work environment, complies with all federal, state and local health and sanitation codes and departmental procedures. A minimum of 1 year experience preferred.  A passion for the Elders we serve, a must.

    • Hostess

      ~~A Host/Hostess presents a positive first impression of the establishment’s friendliness, excellent service and high standards. The Host/Hostess also greet Guests upon arrival, inform Guests of their wait time, monitor a waiting list, enter Guest names into the computer system, show Guests to their table and bid Guests farewell as they leave.  If you can be the face of dining for Aldersgate then please come join us!

    • Servers

      ~~Full time and Part time CULINARY DINING    Experience preferred / Friendliness and Compassion a must.   Chosen candidates will be serving meals to the Elders in our care in various dining venues on our campus.   

    • Finish Carpenter

      ~~Must have proven, successful, experience as a Finish Carpenter. Under limited supervision, work across campus and troubleshoot scope of work then execute repairs needed per job. Support other areas of the Facility Services department as needed. Submit daily, required documentation. Work with little Supervision while following safety & general health rules. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, including OSHA, EPA.  Adhere to policies and procedures regarding Safety. Must be able to communicate with Contractors, Foreman and project managers during contract work. Only those professionals who are serious about the quality of their work and the quality of their interactions with the Elders we serve should apply.     • Housekeeper

      ~~Housekeepers will, under supervision, clean, polish, and sanitize gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc. to present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests. Cleans residents’ apartments on a weekly basis or as needed. In addition, interacts with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested. Only those serious about their careers and the opportunity before them should apply.  

    • Life Enrichment Activity Assistant

      ~~Plans, implements and evaluates therapeutic/restorative activities under the supervision of the Lead Life Enrichment Therapist and/or the Director or Health Care Services for residents in Asbury Care Center. This may include activities of daily living.  Establishes 1:1 relationships with residents and their families. Ability to lead activities for groups of residents, and on a 1:1 basis. Ability to handle agitated, confused dementia residents. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. Demonstrates personal grooming and hygiene habits. Maintains confidentiality. Implements structured activities program for various levels of residents. Design and initiate specialized 1:1 programs to meet individual resident needs. Participates in Resident Care Planning and provides supportive documentation in the absence of the Activity Therapist. Communicates directly with Activity Therapists and supervisor regarding resident changes, concerns, observations, safety factors and other related data. Adheres to policies and procedures regarding environmental/infection precautions and activities functions. Adheres to the defined policy for the Bill of Rights for Nursing Home Residents. May accompany/transport residents on outings and to off the floor activities.     • 3p-11p Nursing Supervisor

      ~~Supervises the day to day nursing operations of Asbury Health and Rehab.  Counsels and directs employees and interacts with all members of the healthcare team.  Responsible for staffing, delivery of appropriate nursing care, adhering to budgets and Human Resources policies and compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.  Supports and/or provides inservice staff development needs (i.e., clinical). Supervises all activities of licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in the delivery of safe and therapeutic care.  This includes but is not limited to staffing, scheduling, work assignments, equipment evaluation, and statistical report preparation.

    • Certified Medication Aides for Skilled Care

      ~~High school diploma or GED required. Must be currently certified as a CNA in NC and have Med Aide certification. Six months experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred and a passion for caring for Elders a must.

    • Certified Medication Technicians

      Certified Medical Technician.

    • Certified Nursing Aide

      ~~Person Centered Caregiving at the most intimate times of one’s life.  Must be currently certified as a CNA in NC with six months of experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred and a passion for caring for Elders a must. 

    • Certified Nursing Aide

      ~~Multiple Positions Available  Person Centered Care at the most intimate times of one’s life.  Must be currently certified as a CNA in NC with six months of experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred and a passion for caring for Elders a must. 

    • RNs and LPNs

      ~~Fulltime, Part Time and PRN positions available Passion for Elders must Person Centered Care giving at the most intimate times of one’s life.  Must be currently licensed as a RN or LPN in NC with six months of experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred. 

    • Certified Nursing Aide

      ~~Because sometimes the best place to feel better and be happy, is home, Aldersgate at Home CNA’s will travel under direction, in the greater Charlotte area to be the help our Elders in need while remaining their homes.  Must be currently certified as a CNA in NC and Six months experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred and a passion for caring for Elders a must. 

    • Security Officers

      ~~Aldersgate Retirement Community is accepting applications for part time and "as needed" security officers. Various shifts and Weekends available.   This position is responsible for patrolling grounds, responding to emergency calls, and performing other security duties as assigned. Uniforms are provided.

    • Driver

      ~~CDL Driver PRN (As Needed) with flexibility (some nights and weekends required)   Requirements: • Transport residents on medical and social events in accordance with DOT regulations. • Must have CDL with passenger endorsement and satisfactory driving record with one - three years experience. • Occasional weekends/nights required.
